Steve Stanger - Group Operations Director

Describe your role.

I am responsible for the operational activities across Paragon’s sites. This involves ensuring we consistently perform against our customers’ expectations. A key part of my role is to keep abreast of the latest technology and systems that can improve our offering, reduce materials usage and energy costs.

What is your background?

I have worked in the automotive industry since leaving full time education. I have had various roles within the industry including over 30 years experience in the auto body repairs sector.

What skills are required for the role?

Detailed knowledge of vehicle refurbishment techniques and practices is essential. Excellent organisational skills are crucial to ensure our sites are operating efficiently which at times can be challenging, considering the seasonal nature of our activity.
