Describe your role.

To ensure the growth of our recently launched Paragon Remarketing online live auction and remarketing platform, to consistently deliver a modern, high-tech, relevant and value adding remarketing service for vendors and buyers, to optimize awareness of our extraordinary suite of online remarketing channels, to empower, support and lead my small expert team as we pursue our goals and to ensure that we become an integral and contributing company within the wider Paragon Group.

What is your background?

My experience, and what I enjoy, is business start-ups and business development; being instrumental in developing the business strategy, putting together and leading a strong core management team whose skills are relevant and complimentary, with a personal emphasis on strategic planning, marketing and promotion.  Since founding Rockingham Motor Speedway, most recent roles include senior marketing and business development roles in the US and international motor sports arena.

What skills are needed for your position?

Planning, communications, resource and relationship management – these are some of the key skills needed given Paragon Remarketing’s small top-heavy team – a passion for success, resilience and a dogged determination given the particularly tough circumstances of the sector and the economy.
