Describe your role.

My role is broad, with the overall responsibility of making sure that our customers are happy, we understand what is important to their business and we are doing what we say we are going to do.

What is your background?

Before I took this role at Paragon, I worked in a channel marketing and communications position for RS Components – a large industrial components supplier so I understand the value of high service levels.

What skills are needed for your position?

Good communication skills are vitally important. My role is to understand what each customer requires and agree a strategy to meet each party’s needs. My role also requires the ability to view things strategically and continually challenge what we do and how we go about doing it.
