October 2010 Paragon launches Intellifleet Paragon Fleet Solutions has announced the launch of its new fleet sales support programme – Intellifleet. Developed in conjunction with Paragon's industry partners, Intellifleet is a modular fleet sales support service bringing together a wide-range of automotive marketing activities enabling Paragon's customers to optimise their demonstration fleets by driving fleet sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The new Intellifleet system integrates the services currently provided by Paragon Fleet Solutions, with additional pre and post demonstration support to achieve optimum use of demonstration fleets. The new services offered include identifying and qualifying prospects, managing customer contact, field team sales support pre demonstration as well as the management of the demonstrator fleet itself, complete with full analysis and reporting post demonstration; bringing a full range of support under the management of a single service provider. As a result, Intellifleet provides manufacturers with invaluable insight into driver and fleet manager opinion in order to measure return on investment – ultimately helping to identify new customers. Paragon Group appoints Customer Services Manager in Upper Heyford
Paragon has announced the appointment of Terry Slade as Customer Services Manager at its site in Upper Heyford. The appointment strengthens the customer services arm of Paragon's operations and illustrates its commitment to understanding and supporting its customers needs and requirements. Terry has worked in customer service roles for 25 years having previously pioneered excellent customer-focused services for several blue chip companies. As a result, Terry has developed extensive experience in customer service, marketing and communications management. He will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Paragon's Client Account Teams at Upper Heyford whilst also supporting Paragon's wider sales objectives. August 2010 Paragon Group appoints Group Logistics Director
Paragon has confirmed the promotion of Jake Mummery to Group Logistics Director in a move that strengthens its senior management team, raises the profile of its logistics arm and reflects Paragon’s commitment to continuous improvement of the service offered to its customers. With 13 years experience in the automotive sector, Jake brings with him a wealth of experience and specialist knowledge to the role. He will oversee all logistics activities across Paragon’s six operating sites whilst strategically aligning objectives with other Paragon departments.
